On September 7th and 8th, Alibaba.com hosted its first in-person conference in the United States. CoCreate 2023 was held in Las Vegas, and attracted hundreds of attendees interested in the future of eCommerce, successful marketing and new AI supply chain development.
Featuring voices like Shark Tank’s Daymond John, Alibaba.com’s CTO Yang Zhou, and Ant Group’s Head of American Institutional Business Roseate Wagner, CoCreate 2023 brought entrepreneurs, B2B professionals, and industry leaders together in a collaborative atmosphere to elevate their businesses and supply chains to reach hundreds of millions of customers. A wide range of topics were discussed in over 50 sessions, including panels on international eCommerce, marketing strategies, AI product development, and B2B sourcing, among many other topics.
JCI and 14 influential business associations attended the event, including BizFed, Valley Industry and Commerce Association, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, Austin Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Inland Empire Regional Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Technology Council, Orange Chamber of Commerce, Washington Technology Industry Association, Las Vegas Fashion Council, California African American Chamber of Commerce, and Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.
JCI Principal Seth Jacobson and Senior Advisor Ken Chawkins were present in Las Vegas, joined executives and representatives of business organizations and met with members of the Alibaba leadership team.
Seth reflected further on his experience with the conference and Alibaba.com’s emerging technology: ”This was an incredible opportunity to see firsthand the new technology that is part of the Alibaba.com strategy to build an even more successful e-commerce company. It was great to meet the leadership and hear their vision for the future of AI in driving increased revenues and success for business leaders."
