Steve Crosby

As a Senior Advisor at JCI Worldwide, Steve Crosby provides strategic counsel on public affairs, corporate and crisis communications, and government relations for clients in telecommunications, healthcare, technology, and other sectors.

Steve brings more than 30 years of experience, including significant work in Sacramento, where he served the California Legislature and advised clients on statewide public policy issues. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Frontier Communications, directing legislative and regulatory affairs across multiple states, and as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Vulcan Inc., overseeing global PR, marketing, and government relations for Paul G. Allen’s investment and philanthropy portfolio.

He also advises the Mendez Strategy Group and serves on the advisory board of WrappedLA. Steve holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. from Santa Clara University, along with a graduate certification from the Coro Foundation. He is former Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for American Humane.
