Javier Mendoza

Javier Mendoza has an extensive work experience in the field of marketing, public relations, and communications. He currently holds the position of Director of Marketing, Public Relations & Community Affairs at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Mendoza previously served as Vice President Communications at Frontier Communications from July 2018 to June 2021.

Before that, he was as Director of Public Relations for Frontier’s West Region, working closely with Frontier business leaders to enhance the company’s external image in the marketplace, communicate its key messages, and promote business growth in one of the company’s largest, most diverse and dynamic service areas.

Before joining Frontier, Mendoza was Senior Communications Manager for Sempra Energy’s SoCalGas business unit, where he led a team responsible for media relations and crisis communications programs for major growth and infrastructure projects, environmental and legislative issues, emerging technologies, pipeline safety, energy efficiency and customer programs. Previously, he has held communications and marketing leadership positions with Molina Healthcare, United Healthcare, The Boeing Company and Universal Studios.

Mendoza earned a master's in communications from California State University, Fullerton and a bachelor's in journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
