Jack Brockman
Associate
Jack has professional experience in customer service, public relations, and sports journalism. He works at JCI to help Account Coordinators with research, reporting, and media outreach, and community participation.
Prior to working at JCI Worldwide, Jack interned for Sachs Media – a multi-service public relations firm in Tallahassee, Florida – as a Junior Account Coordinator. While there, Jack developed professional experience in public relations by servicing clients across corporate, non-profit, and governmental organizations to solve high-stakes communications issues. He assisted full-time Account Coordinators with every facet of their job: researching, writing press releases and blogs, media outreach, creating social media content, and event planning, to name a few. As an Associate, Jack looks forward to learning more about public affairs and policy work while developing his skills in communications.
Jack is currently a Graduate Fellow at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism studying Public Relations and Advertising. He also works as a Teaching Assistant at Annenberg for Professor Jeff Fellenzer’s JOUR 380 Sports, Business, Media in Today’s Society course. When he is not busy with work or school, Jack enjoys watching a variety of sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
