RELOSHARE
Connected ReloShare to critical stakeholders addressing homelessness across California.

Our Client:
ReloShare is a Chicago-based technology company founded in 2020 with programs that enable social-service agencies to secure emergency housing at the speed survivors need. ReloShare has 700+ participating agencies, 500,000+ safe nights provided, and 20,000+ housing providers connected.
Our Challenge:
ReloShare, as a tech platform and host of two key products, "Safe Stays" and "The Grove," needed help breaking into California markets. JCI was employed in partnership with DDC Public Affairs to expand ReloShare's presence in California and to connect the company with key local decision makers, customers, and community groups.
Our Approach:
JCI used its extensive network of local connections to schedule briefings with community groups, local legislators, and housing agencies across Los Angeles, Fresno, and San Francisco. JCI leveraged existing relationships and built new ones to introduce ReloShare's products to nonprofits, housing organizations, county agencies, and public officials throughout California. By circulating ReloShare's marketing materials and creating new assets to highlight The Grove, JCI provided strategic briefings to facilitate client handoffs to the ReloShare team, generating valuable leads and creating brand awareness while widening access to safe housing in California.
Our Results:
JCI successfully connected ReloShare to critical stakeholders addressing homelessness across California. Over three months, JCI held fourteen informational briefings that led to five direct briefings with the ReloShare team and generated twenty warm leads for future engagement. Key connections included the San Francisco Homeless Oversight Commission, which led to an introduction to the Chief of Health & Human Services for San Francisco, the Service Center for Independent Life (SCIL), which connected ReloShare with 211 Los Angeles, the Sperantia Foundation, providing access to faith-based organizations throughout Los Angeles, Los Angeles Mission and Hope the Mission, opening doors to housing agency partners across LA, and LA County Supervisor staff, resulting in a scheduled briefing with the LA Homeless Services Authority and LA County Department of Public Health. JCI's partnership with ReloShare has given the company valuable access to organizations interested in implementing its products and made key California leaders more familiar with ReloShare's services.
