Our Client: MDLBEAST is an entertainment company based in Saudi Arabia, known for producing large-scale music festivals and events, such as their annual Soundstorm festival in Riyadh.
Our Challenge: JCI worked with its partner agency KARV to help MDLBEAST build its reputation in the United States as a new dynamic leader in the global music industry. JCI worked as a support to KARV, who faced the challenge of navigating US-Saudi geopolitical tensions and US media bias against Saudi-based companies.
Our Approach: The team is working to build the MDLBEAST brand in the US by educating key industry players and securing media placements in key industry publications on how the company is driving positive cultural change in Saudi Arabia through music. We also provide crisis communications counsel and media training for MDLBEAST executives.
Our Results: JCI and KARV were able to shape MDLBEAST as the face of Saudi Arabia’s music scene. We facilitated in-person relationships between MDLBEAST and American executives and helped the brand to grow in international markets.
