Meet Lucy Peltz, JCI's Newest Associate!

As an associate at JCI Worldwide, Lucy Peltz supports accounts by assisting with research, campaign messaging and strategy, and business development, bringing her experience in public affairs and community engagement.

Lucy holds a strong background in political communications and grassroots organizing having led and supported local, statewide, and national campaigns across California and Wisconsin. Previously, she supported political consulting firm, Movement Labs, as a fellow where she helped develop strategic messaging and managed social media channels. Lucy also worked as an organizer for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and as a Senior Communications Lead for TeamCivX. 

Lucy holds a bachelor's degree in political science from California State University, Bakersfield where she swam on the Division I Swim and Dive Team, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at USC. Outside of JCI, she enjoys skiing, learning mixology, and crafting coffee drinks.
