Meet Chloe Tachibana, JCI's Newest Account Executive!

As an Account Executive at JCI Worldwide, Chloe leads strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector public affairs across environmental, healthcare, and finance issues.

She previously served in the California State Assembly in the district office of Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi, where she worked on community-driven policy initiatives and coordinated with elected officials, industry leaders, and civic stakeholders.

Chloe is Finance Chair of the Asian Democrats of Los Angeles County, and an active leader in AANHPI political affairs, building coalitions and shaping advocacy and campaign efforts at the local and national level. Her background spans business marketing, economic development, and investment strategy through roles with the LA Mayor’s Office, LISC Strategic Investments, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Chloe holds a B.A. in International Studies and Economics from UC San Diego and is an alum of the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs based in Southern California. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring LA’s food scene, watching the Los Angeles Dodgers, and staying active through sports like taekwondo and golf.
