Our Client: Interior Removal Specialists (IRS) specializes in interior demolition and recycling services. They focus on the efficient and environmentally responsible removal of interiors in commercial buildings, ensuring materials are properly recycled or disposed of.

Our Challenge: JCI worked with Interior Removal Specialists to promote IRS Demo as a leading environmentally focused demolition company focusing on environmental practices and sustainability. We sought to bring attention to the environmental impacts and persistent wrong practices in the demolition industry.

Our Approach: JCI provided PR and marketing support to the IRS brand, securing strategic media placements and appearances which showcase industry challenges around the environment and IRS’s initiatives around environmentally sustainable demolition and recycling, environmental justice, and philanthropic materials donation. JCI provided brand and business development support to the company and raised awareness of the company with key leaders in the real estate and waste industries.

Our Results: JCI built relationships with key business leaders, city and state officials, and media. The team secured placements in the Los Angeles Business Journal and Pasadena Now for IRS Demo. JCI also revamped existing marketing materials, the IRS website, and is developing a proposed advisory board.
